What we collect

When you use the free analysis tool, we process the conversation text you paste in order to generate your result. We do not store this text after your session ends.

When you purchase a Deep Reading, we collect your name, email address, the birth dates you provide, and any optional context you include in the form. This information is used solely to fulfil your order.

How we use it

• To generate your analysis or reading
• To deliver your Deep Reading by email
• To respond to support enquiries

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g. payment processing via Stripe).

Conversation data

The messages you paste into the analysis tool are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. They are not stored by Lumieran beyond the duration of your request. Please do not include full names, phone numbers, or other identifying information you would not want processed.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.

Cookies

We use minimal session storage to pass your analysis result between pages. No third-party tracking cookies are set.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing us. For Deep Reading customers, we will delete your order data within 30 days of request.
